Diese haben es erlaubt strategisch bedeutsame Projekten umsetzen zu k\u00f6nnen. Ein Beispiel hierf\u00fcr sind die neuen Werke f\u00fcr Fotolithografie. Hier wird das graduierte Glas hergestellt, welches dann in den L\u00e4ngenmesssystemen eingesetzt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Traditionell investiert das Unternehmen mehr als 10% seiner Ums\u00e4tze in die F+E+I.
