lineare Wegmesssystem f\u00fcr die jeweilige Anwendung bestimmen zu k\u00f6nnen (Profiltyp).<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"title_red\">Mechanisches Design:<\/span><br \/>\nEXA: selbstklebendes Modell mit den kleinsten Abmessungen f\u00fcr begrenzte R\u00e4ume, besteht aus einen selbstklebenden graduierten Stahlband direkt auf der Maschinenoberfl\u00e4che, empfehlenswert, wenn das Band konstanten thermischen Bedingungen ausgesetzt ist.<\/p>\n<p>EXG: gef\u00fchrtes Modell f\u00fcr lange Messl\u00e4ngen, besteht aus einer selbstklebenden Aluminiumf\u00fchrung auf der Oberfl\u00e4che und einem graduierten Stahlband. Das Stahlband wird auf dem Aluminium gef\u00fchrt und am Mittelpunkt auf der Maschinenoberfl\u00e4che befestigt. Dies erm\u00f6glicht, dass sich das Band ausdehnt oder ungebunden an den Enden zusammenzieht und \u00fcber ein bestimmtes thermisches Verhalten verf\u00fcgt.<\/p>\n<p>EXT: gespanntes Modell f\u00fcr sehr lange Messl\u00e4ngen und hohe Genauigkeit, besteht aus einer selbstklebenden oder geschraubten Aluminiumf\u00fchrung auf der Oberfl\u00e4che, einem graduierten Stahlband und dem Spannsystem. Das Stahlband wird auf dem Aluminium gef\u00fchrt und zwischen beiden Enden gespannt. Sobald das Band gespannt ist, bleibt es mit der Maschinenoberfl\u00e4che verbunden, dies erm\u00f6glicht, dass das Stahlband das thermische Verhalten der Oberfl\u00e4che erwidert.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"title_red\">Genauigkeit<\/span><br \/>\nJedem linearen Wegmesssystem von Fagor wird bei der Auslieferung ein Genauigkeitszertifikat beigef\u00fcgt, dessen Grafik die Genauigkeit des Ma\u00dfstabs belegt.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"title_red\">Signal<\/span><br \/>\nDie Signalauswahl erfolgt unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der folgenden Variablen: Aufl\u00f6sung, Kabell\u00e4nge und Kompatibilit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"title_red\">Aufl\u00f6sung<\/span><br \/>\nDie Aufl\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Maschinensteuerung ist abh\u00e4ngig vom jeweiligen linearen Wegmesssystem.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"title_red\">Kabell\u00e4nge<\/span><br \/>\nDie Kabell\u00e4nge h\u00e4ngt von der Signalart ab.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"title_red\">Verfahrgeschwindigkeit<\/span><br \/>\nDie f\u00fcr die jeweilige Anwendung erforderliche Verfahrgeschwindigkeit muss ermittelt werden, bevor das lineare Wegmesssystem
