Our new product line, the H3 Angular Encoders, featuring state-of-the-art encoders that set a new standard in the industry, will be officially launched in September at AMB fair.<\/strong> Connected, robust, and precise, the new H3 angular encoders are designed to meet the highest demands of the market with Fagor Automation\u2019s own innovative technology and exceptional specifications.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Series3 Angular Encoders<\/a> underscores Fagor Automation\u2019s dedication to research and development, strengthening its role as a leading global provider of both linear and angular encoders. Renowned for producing high-performance closed angular encoders, Fagor Automation encoders help obtain components of outstanding aesthetic and dimensional quality.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This new product line includes models such as the H3-D90<\/a>, H3-D110<\/a>, H3D200i100<\/a>, and S3-D90<\/a>, with external diameters ranging from 90 mm to 200 mm and internal diameters up to 100 mm. A standout in the lineup is the H3-D90<\/strong>, recognized as the only model on the market with a resonance frequency exceeding 1500Hz<\/strong>. The H3-D110 is noteworthy for its 110mm external diameter and 35mm internal diameter, expanding the size range previously offered, adding more flexibility and design options for machinery and equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Within the series, the H3B-D90 is also available with Functional Safety<\/a> certification for applications up to SIL 2 (ISO 13849-1:2015) or PL \u201cd\u201d (IEC 61508:2010), making it an ideal choice for safety-critical environments.<\/span><\/p>\n

The H3 Angular Encoders employs 3STATECH<\/a>, Fagor Automation\u2019s own technology, ensuring optimal performance even in challenging working conditions. This advanced optical system detects discrepancies, discards invalid data, and accurately calculates the correct position using a new opto-electronic reading assembly and sophisticated software.<\/span><\/p>\n

Further enhancing durability, the hollow shaft encoders are also fitted with improved O-ring seals, which boost robustness and reduce maintenance costs throughout their lifespan by minimizing liquid ingress.<\/span><\/p>\n
