A day to remember that the commitment to end violence must be collective and continuous.

Every year on November 25th, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women invites us to reflect and to strengthen our commitment to building a society free from gender-based violence.

This year, at Fagor Automation we want to highlight the message promoted by Emakunde, which reminds us of the importance of addressing this reality collectively: “It’s not only your problem, it’s ours too.”

This message reinforces the need to respond to violence through shared responsibility, going beyond the individual level.

The fight against violence toward women cannot be limited to a single day on the calendar. It is a process that requires daily involvement and ongoing actions.

In this regard, promoting safe environments, encouraging open dialogue, and strengthening mutual respect are essential pillars for advancing toward a society free from violence.

There is still a long way to go, and creating safe spaces for everyone is not a quick goal but a shared path that demands commitment and consistency.
