Fagor Automation has participated in the industrial exhibition Symposium on Fusion Technologies (SOFT<\/span><\/a>)<\/b> held in San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain) from September 29th to October 3rd. This event is a reference for information exchange on design, construction and operation of fusion experiments and technology for future energy producing plants<\/b>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The attendance of 1000 participants from all over the world and all areas, students, scientists, engineers and manufacturers has been a unique opportunity to exchange different points of view and experiences as well as getting contacts.<\/p>\n

\"SOFT<\/a><\/p>\n

Fagor Automation exhibited its high accuracy, high resolution products at the booth of the Spanish Association of Industry and Science. The Spanish Association of Industry and Science (<\/b>INEUSTAR<\/span><\/a><\/strong>) formed by Spanish companies that work for organizations dedicated to the conception, design, construction, exploitation and maintenance of scientific facilities and instruments of any area, particularly regarding Fusion, Particle physics and High Energies, Astrophysics and Space sciences<\/b>. INEUSTAR was part of the organizing committee and contributed within its possibilities to the success of this edition of SOFT 2014 by supporting specific events for the interaction between industry, research centers and international institutions focusing especially on industrial opportunities.<\/p>\n

\"Ineustar<\/a> \"Ineustar<\/a><\/p>\n

Before participating at SOFT, INEUSTAR and Fagor Automation have participated in other international events in 2014 such as SPIE (Montreal, dedicated to instrumentation and telescopes for astronomy) and ICHEP (Valencia, dedicated to High Energy physics). Fagor Automation<\/span><\/a> is betting on increasing its presence in these sectors where it already has reknown customers that have chosen the right technology and products for the best performance of their scientific facilities<\/b>, such as Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>) and the Advance Photon Source<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, both within the Energy Department of the USA. In order to meet the requirements of these leading sectors that demand high technology, Fagor Automation destines a great portion of its profits to R&D+i on both domestic and international projects.<\/p>\n
