On Thursday, March 9, within the framework of the technical conferences held during the TECMA 2017 machine tool show, <\/strong>Fagor Automation<\/strong><\/a> gave the conference \u201cUniversity-Company Link\u201d at EXPO SANTA FE, in MEXICO D.F.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>The conference was targeted at professionals for the machining sector and attended by machine operators, plant managers and professionals interested in improving their training.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Juanjo Gomez, Internationalization Expert at AFM<\/a>, Rafa Aranzabal, Area Manager at Fagor Automation, Maddalen Gil, Engineering Director, and Luis Alfonso Ram\u00edrez Vega, Vice Rector of Business Services at Universidad MONDRAG\u00d3N Mexico<\/a>, were the speakers at this conference.<\/p>\n

AFM highlighted the importance of internationalization, its extensive experience in exports and the importance of people and knowledge in the machine tool sector, along with its provision of solutions to enable other sectors to manufacture under more competitive conditions.<\/p>\n

Fagor Automation, in turn, highlighted the commitment to the training centers in the different countries where it is present, with special emphasis on the experiences in China, Malaysia and France, as well as the new collaboration with Universidad Mondrag\u00f3n Mexico.<\/p>\n

El Baj\u00edo is a world-class automotive hub, and the excellent location of the Universidad Mondrag\u00f3n Mexico and the corporate synergies have been the reason for choosing it as a preferred training partner in Mexico.<\/p>\n

The representatives of Universidad f Mondrag\u00f3n Mexico, in turn, highlighted, as important challenges for the Mexican industry, the retraining of employees, search for talent in women, mobility and job rotation, fellowships and collaborations between different universities.<\/p>\n

Universidad Mondrag\u00f3n Mexico is identified by the strong link with companies in Quer\u00e9taro and El Baj\u00edo. Mondrag\u00f3n Unibertsitatea, in turn, is the axis of knowledge and research of 260 companies of Mondragon Corporation.<\/p>\n

The conference also announced the opening of Fagor Automation Class on March 24, at 11:00, at Universidad Mondrag\u00f3n Mexico<\/strong> in El Marqu\u00e9s, Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p>\n
