{"id":857929,"date":"2011-07-11T09:30:10","date_gmt":"2011-07-11T08:30:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fagorautomation.com\/fagor-automation-participe-au-projet-impeler\/"},"modified":"2022-09-07T11:33:58","modified_gmt":"2022-09-07T10:33:58","slug":"fagor-automation-participe-au-projet-impeler","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fagorautomation.com\/fr\/fagor-automation-participe-au-projet-impeler\/","title":{"rendered":"Fagor Automation participe au projet IMPELER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui participent au projet IMPELER tente de renforcer leur position concurrentielle sur le march\u00e9 de la machine-outils \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e :<\/strong> grandes machines, \u00e0 double usage, \u00e0 haute pr\u00e9cision et hautement productives, et int\u00e9grant une plus grande intelligence qui les rend plus facile \u00e0 utiliser et entretenir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objectifs techniques sp\u00e9cifiques :<!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Am\u00e9lioration de la productivit\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Automatisation des processus en vue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les temps d\u2019usinage et d\u2019inactivit\u00e9 ; pr\u00e9-inspections dimensionnelles, int\u00e9gration de la machine dans les cellules ; int\u00e9gration des processus ; manipulation des pi\u00e8ces et r\u00e9duction du temps de pr\u00e9paration et augmentation de la productivit\u00e9 dans les processus EDM.<\/li>\n<li>Ma\u00eetrise des techniques d\u2019asservissement de plus de 100kW.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Am\u00e9lioration de la pr\u00e9cision :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Am\u00e9lioration de la pr\u00e9cision et de la dynamique : syst\u00e8mes d\u2019amortissement actifs, syst\u00e8mes de compensation de dilatation et analyse des nouvelles techniques de compensation d\u2019erreur volum\u00e9trique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Machine intelligente :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Contr\u00f4le d\u2019axe \u00e0 couple \u00e9lev\u00e9, commande adaptative, d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s de la CNC : gestion anti-collisions, usinage plan inclin\u00e9, calibration automatique des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de structure, gestion automatique des conditions de coupe, d\u00e9veloppement de module de surveillance et d\u2019une plateforme de service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/automationintheworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/impeler1.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2102\" src=\"http:\/\/automationintheworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/impeler1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"709\" height=\"324\" title=\"\"><\/a>Le budget du projet atteint 7 Millions \u20ac sur 3 ans.
