Les entreprises qui composent ce consortium sont <a href=\"http:\/\/www.goratu.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Goratu<\/a> (Pays Basque), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artis.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Artis <\/a>(Allemagne), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.predict.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Predict <\/a>(France), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.monition.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Monition Limited<\/a> (Royaume-Uni), et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ltu.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Technologie de Lule\u00e5 <\/a>(Su\u00e8de).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-77677\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fagorautomation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/datos-powerom-300x226.jpeg\" alt=\"datos-powerOM\" width=\"300\" height=\"226\" title=\"\">Avec un budget de 3.8 Million d\u2019euros, financ\u00e9 par l\u2019UE \u00e0 travers le 7<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> programme cadre, <strong>ce projet a mis au point un syst\u00e8me de maintenance intelligente<\/strong> qui utilise les donn\u00e9es de consommation \u00e9lectrique comme nouvelle m\u00e9thode pour int\u00e9grer les techniques de maintenance pr\u00e9dictive et pour <strong>am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9<\/strong> en ciblant 3 aspects : <strong>l\u2019optimisation des strat\u00e9gies de maintenance, la gestion de la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u2019une mani\u00e8re plus efficace, et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la fiabilit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels afin de r\u00e9duire les temps d\u2019arr\u00eat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_77676\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-77676\" style=\"width: 290px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-77676 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fagorautomation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/aitor-alzaga-300x255.jpeg\" alt=\"aitor-alzaga\" width=\"300\" height=\"255\" title=\"\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-77676\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Aitor Alzaga, directeur adjoint de la technologie IK4-TEKNIKER<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aitor Alzaga, chercheur \u00e0 IK4-Tekniker et conseiller scientifique en chef du projet Power-OM, explique que cette nouvelle strat\u00e9gie permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer la sant\u00e9 de la machine \u00e0 travers l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de cycles de test sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour le diagnostic des composants les plus critiques des machines, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant ainsi un rapport relatif \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de la machine.
