Get the most out of HMIelite by exploring our official product store and using the online customization platform.
Access to the official store by clicking on MARKETPLACE section and explore our products.
Choose the desired product and click on VIEW DETAILS button.
Inspect the product on detail and add it to the shopping cart.
A confirmation message will appear, confirming that the product has been correctly added to the cart. Access to the cart or continue exploring the store.
Access to the cart to see the summary of added products and the amount to pay. Press BUY button to purchase the products.
The website will automatically take you to the login area if you are not previously logged. Type your username and password or create an account by clicking on “Request access to Fagor”.
A confirmation message will appear, confirming that the product has been correctly purchased. The product is now available in the Purchases section of your private area.
Once the product is purchased, you can install it on your CNC machine. Learn how to do it in "How to install a purchased product on your CNC"
In order to install a product, it must be previously purchased. Learn how to do it in "How to purchase a product from the store".
Access to your private area, located in the top menu. Log in by using your username and password or create an account by clicking on "Request access to Fagor".
Navigate to Purchases section. In this section, previously purchased products are displayed (if no product has been already bought, the message “No products found” will appear). Choose the product you want to install and press the DEPLOY button.
Define in which machine you want to install the product, selecting it from previously registered ones or adding a new CNC machine using the “Add a machine manually” option. Then, select the deploy option and press DEPLOY button.
A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the product has been successfully deployed. Lastly, in order to see and use the installed product, it will be necessary to restart the HMI (CTRL+ALT+R).
Depending on product type, it could be displayed in different locations:
- Cycles: they will appear together with the rest of the cycles (Edit screen).
- Pages: they will appear in the main menu, which is accessed by pressing the Fagor icon located in the upper left corner or by using the CTRL+A keys.
- Right zones: they will appear as a new option inside the Visualize softkey (F11) of Execution, Jog and Graphics pages.
- Languages: they will appear as a new option inside language selection dropdown menu, on HMI configuration.
Additional notes:
In order to execute the previous steps, the machine must be switched on and connected to the platform. If the machine is successfully connected, it should display a green light next to its name.
Sometimes, this connection can not be done because of access errors. In order to ensure the correct access to the CNC, it is necessary to activate the "Insecure content" option from the website settings.

Click on Site Information button of your browser, located between the page reload button and the search bar.
Click on Site Settings. A new tab will be opened.
Search "Insecure content" option and select Allow. Go back to the website and reload the page (F5).
Access to your private area, located in the top menu. Log in by using your username and password or create an account by clicking on "Request access to Fagor".
Navigate to Machines section. In this section, previously registered CNC machines are displayed. If no machine has been already registered, the message "No machines found" will appear. Press on ADD MANUALLY button in order to start registering a new CNC machine into the platform.
In order to define a CNC machine, the platform needs to define a name, the host or IP number of the machine, the username and the password. In order to register the CNC simulator running on our computer, the IP address must be “127.0.0.1”, and the username and password are both “oem”.
Once the machine is registered, it will appear on the list and it is possible to access to its information by clicking on it (the machine must be connected).
The machine is categorized in different tabs. In Overview tab, information such as the machine status, installed products, available updates, etc. is displayed.
In Machine Info. tab, it is possible to edit the basic information about the CNC machine, such as its IP number, name, photo, etc. It is also possible to delete the machine, that is, to unregister it.
In Customization tab, all installed products are displayed. From this page, it is possible to update products if a new version has been published on the store or uninstall them.
Access to your private area, located in the top menu. Log in by using your username and password or create an account by clicking on "Request access to Fagor".
Navigate to Machines section and access into the machine you want to check if there is any product update available, by clicking on it.
In the Overview tab, the number of available updates can be checked in the Available updates zone. Click on VIEW ALL to check the obsolete products. Other possibility is to navigate to the Customization tab.
Obsolete products are shown with an UPDATE button on their right side. Click on it to start the process.
The same deployment process as when we purchase a product will begin. Select the version to deploy and the machine and press the DEPLOY button.
A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the product has been successfully deployed. Lastly, in order to see and use the updated product, it will be necessary to restart the HMI (CTRL+ALT+R).
