Description and objectives:

In the last decades, we are witnessing an unstoppable transition to digital. Industry is no stranger to these changes, as evidenced by the now widely standardized worldwide Computer Aided Design (CAD) programs, Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) or Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) analysis. Not forgetting also automatons, manufacturing robots, laser cutting, oxifuel cutting, etc.

The ADIT4ALL seeks to join efforts between the partners for the development, integration and automation of a real cell solution for coating, repair and welding manufacturing, which allows reaching the real production plant without the need for a highly qualified personnel profile, being simplified so that the degree of difficulty of the same is comparable to a current subtractive process. With this, a leading position will be obtained, being able to compete with the current world leaders.

The main objective of this project is to deliver a new world-leading integrated laser deposition and welding technology system that eliminates the gap between experimental R&D development and the real processes developed within a machine shop.
