Fagor Automation and Adaki, winners of a Dircom award for the Open To Your World project carried out during the pandemic.

Fagor Automation and the branding and communication company Adaki, have been awarded the Dircom Ramón del Corral Award in the Crisis Communication category for the Open To Your World project developed in collaboration during the pandemic.

The Dircom Ramón del Corral Awards are an initiative of the Association of Communication Directors, Dircom, to recognize best practices and success stories in the field of Corporate Communication in Spain.

Recognition for the international launch of Quercus and Series 3 in 2020 and 2021.

When the world came to a standstill in 2020, Fagor Automation was planning the international launch of two new products, Quercus and Series 3, at different industry trade fairs around the world. Faced with the new global crisis situation, the whole launch was paralyzed, and it was then that the Fagor Automation team and Adaki started looking for new ways to reach customers and potential customers around the world through digital channels and a new strategy created from scratch. Thus, Open to your world was born.

The launch was carried out in 9 countries around the world through webinars and a communication and marketing strategy adapted to each country: Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Brazil, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and China.
