Iñaki Sánchez took over the post of CNC Business Manager at Fagor Automation on November 2nd on the retirement of Antón Sagasta after 31 years at the company.
Iñaki Sánchez has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University College of Engineering of the Basque Country and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Mondragon University.
Before his appointment as CNC Business Manager of Fagor Automation’s he held several different posts within the company, since joining it in 1998. He has been a CNC software R&D engineer, sales agent for Spain and the CNC Business Export Manager.
For the last few years he has been the Sales Manager of the CNC Department.
Iñaki Sánchez said “I feel very proud to take on this new position at Fagor Automation, and it will of course be a great challenge. I intend to apply what I have learnt at our different branches and from customers worldwide in my new post. I’m lucky to have gained such valuable experience, and I’d really like to make the most of it in my new job.”
