Service contract and warranty extensions

With the service contracts you will have covered all the breakdowns that may occur in the Fagor equipment under contract (*).

The service is carried out at the machine including: materials used, labor and per diems.

(*) Breakdowns due to causes outside the Fagor product are not covered.

Service contracts and warranty extensions

Available for Manufacturers / Distributors / Users, the service contract will be tailor-made for the customer:

Manufacturers / Distributors: Complete machine package regardless of the final destination of the machine.

Users: Including a la carte those Fagor elements susceptible to contract: CNC / Regulation / Motor / Pickup.

Additional advantages provided by the service contract:

Priority response time by specialized personnel and original spare parts.

Additional services included: Datasafe, Telediagnosis, etc.

Option of periodic software updates (updating) of the contracted equipment.

Discounts on wear and tear elements to be replaced or new elements not included in the contract.

Discounts on additional preventive services such as thermography.

Offers on hardware upgrades of discontinued equipment (upgrading).

Also available is the option of extending the standard Fagor warranty for as many years as the customer needs at very competitive costs.
