The BIEMH 2026 once again positions itself as one of the leading benchmark events for the industrial sector, a meeting place where the industry gathers to share knowledge, anticipate trends, and define the future of advanced manufacturing. For Fagor Automation, this edition represents a key milestone and the starting point of a year marked by innovation, proximity, and technological evolution in service of our customers.
On this occasion, the company is presenting a selection of solutions that reflect its vision of the present and future of the industry, grounded in precision, efficiency, and secure, sustainable digitalization. These proposals combine technological development and specialization, designed to support customers in their transition toward more connected, efficient, and competitive production environments.
CNC Systems: performance, user experience, and specialization
One of the main highlights is the CNCelite 2.0, the evolution of our CNC system. This new version incorporates improvements aimed at increasing performance, response speed, and system flexibility, enabling easier adaptation to different types of machines and production processes.
The evolution is not only technological. The interface offers a more intuitive and customizable user experience, simplifying operators’ daily work and reducing machine commissioning times, while maintaining the advanced features required by the most demanding industrial environments.
Alongside this evolution, we are introducing the CNC 8065elite 2.0 G, specifically designed for grinding applications and developed to meet the high demands for precision, stability, and process control characteristic of this type of operation. This solution enhances ease of use on the shop floor thanks to its extensive library of conversational cycles, ensuring repeatability, process reliability, and final part quality across all grinding variants.
Feedback Systems: precision, efficiency, and sustainability
The Series 3 encoder range continues to be a market benchmark for its robustness, precision, and reliability. At BIEMH, we take this offering a step further, strengthening the portfolio of both linear and angular encoders.
In linear encoders, we present the new L3 modular incremental linear encoder, which reaches up to 100 meters of measuring length. This innovation expands measurement capabilities in demanding applications and environments, reinforcing Fagor Automation’s leadership in this segment at an international level.
In angular encoders, the Series 3 family is also expanded with the launch of new closed incremental models, extending the offering for high‑performance applications.
In addition, Series 3 strengthens its commitment to sustainability under the Environmentally Friendly Fagor Encoders concept, incorporating design solutions that allow operation without pressurized air, aimed at improving energy efficiency. This helps maintain product quality while reducing carbon footprint, demonstrating our focus on solutions that combine precision, reliability, and environmental responsibility.
Series 3 also reinforces its leadership with the incorporation of 3STATECH technology, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging environments. Its compatibility with multiple digital protocols, including FeeDat, allows a single encoder to be connected to different control systems through protocol adapters, optimizing design and material management. Together with its Functional Safety certification, it becomes the ideal solution for critical applications where safety and reliability are essential.
Servicios: secure, local, and controlled digitalization
Within our industrial digitalization platform, designed to optimize machine performance, we present FDS Fog On‑Premises, the local alternative to our cloud platform for companies seeking to advance in digitalization while maintaining full control over their data.
The solution is implemented entirely within the customer’s facilities and provides cybersecurity levels equivalent to internal systems, enabling the adoption of digital tools for data analysis and management without relying on external infrastructures. This proposal responds to the new demands of industrial connectivity, security, and data sovereignty.
Alongside these innovations, we will also showcase our full portfolio of solutions, offering a comprehensive view of our technological approach for the industry.
We look forward to seeing you at BIEMH, Hall 1 – Stand D29, and showing you how our solutions can help you tackle the current and future challenges of advanced manufacturing.
