Never before has been so easy to program in a CNC like now, with the new CNC models presented at EMO.
IRTI (Brescia, Italy) owes its success to its commitment toward the development of advanced machinery, allowing it to operate in highly competitive market niches. In order to achieve this, a key element was the use of Fagor’s numerical control, which simplified and streamlined the machining of highly complex parts.
Thanks to this collaboration agreement, MONDRAGON University – Mexico and Fagor Automation will promote specific training in the field of numeric control starting the next academic year.
On April 25, Fagor Automation presented two sessions at the 16th Cycle of Technical Conferences organized by the University of the Basque Country (UPV).
The first, dedicated to servo drives for magnet synchronous motors, was presented by Andoni Larrañaga (engineer in the Electric Motor R&D Department) and Asier Salsamendi (Production Engineering Technician).
In order to inform users about the latest advances made over the last few years in improved machining quality and productivity, Fagor Automation gathered a group of one hundred users at this event organized at IMH’s facilities in Elgoibar (Gipuzkoa-Spain).
The event began with a warm welcome by IMH, delivered by Zigor Esnaola, Head of Companies and Institutions. The Machine Tool Institute (IMH) is a center specialized in training in advanced manufacturing methods and providing applied innovation services for companies. Every year it trains more than 2,000 students in the programs it offers.
Fagor Automation assumes the responsibility of training all people in the organization for a better performance of their professional activity.
On Thursday, March 9, within the framework of the technical conferences held during the TECMA 2017 machine tool show, Fagor Automation gave the conference “University-Company Link” at EXPO SANTA FE, in MEXICO D.F.
