Fagor Automation collaborates in two open houses organized by the Intaima Group

Fagor Automation has collaborated in two open houses organized by the Intaima Group (Taiwan) in Mexico City and Stuttgart.

The Intaima Group is currently made up by three Taiwanese companies: L&L, Jainnher and Millstart. This alliance of companies has been created to promote the development of the companies in the areas of R&D, production and sales and marketing.

Fagor Automation’s Android mobile app is now available

Fagor Automation has developed a mobile app for instant access to all the information on its products and services.

The company tasked with designing the interface was Irontec, one of the Basque Country’s free software and open source pioneers. Simple browsing was the priority on designing the app interface, which was developed using the Ionic framework, ideal for HTML5 developments in record time.

ROBOTEK team 7th at the European First Tech Challenge

As in previous years, the European First Tech Challenge was held in Eindhoven (The Netherlands) on the 1, 2 and 3 April. 44 robots entered the mechanical and robotic design competition from around Europe, divided into two groups of 22, and the ROBOTEK team came 7th in its group.

Fagor Automation, Reborn project’s official partner

Fagor Automation is involved in the ReBorn European project, as end user to demonstrate the project developments. This consortium consists of 17 partners from around Europe and is working to demonstrate strategies and technologies that support a new paradigm for the re-use of production equipment in factories.

Large spring with CNC 8070

USTB HEXING TECHNOLOGY CO. designs and manufactures special machines for making large springs that are used for high speed trains, subways, large construction machinery etc.

They have manufactured about 30 spring machines so far and they are all equipped with Fagor CNCs (most of them with CNC 8037).
